Fee schedule update

The fee schedule was updated with the following changes, effective March 1:

PCT fees to foreign offices

• 1715: International search (ILPO)–fee increase from $1,051 to $1,107
• 1712: International search (IPAU)–fee increase from $1,580 to $1,697
• 1714: International search (Rospatent)–fee increase from $510 to $543
