Join the USPTO's Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) on Friday, September 10, from 1–4 p.m. ET, for an America Invents Act (AIA) mock argument practicum. The practicum offers an opportunity for practitioners to hone their oral argument skills by presenting an AIA Trials argument to and obtaining feedback from a panel of sitting administrative patent judges.

Preference will be given to LEAP-eligible attorneys and agents, and to those who have not participated in prior LEAP mock argument practicums. Read more about LEAP on the LEAP page of the USPTO website.

Registration information and additional details are available on the USPTO website. You do not need to be a member of AIPLA to participate in the practicum. Please register by Friday, August 6.
