Sign up for the April 2 and 3 vILT course, “Examining Computer-Implemented Functional Claim Limitations for Compliance with 35 U.S.C. § 112.” Led by USPTO trainers, this vILT course is based on recent training delivered to patent examiners.

There is limited capacity and selection for attendance is based on a first-come, first-served basis. The USPTO is applying for one hour of CLE credit in Virginia for this course.
