TTAB’s standard protective order discussion extended

Deadline extended to share your comments on the TTAB’s standard protective order

The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) wants to know what you think about a specific provision of our standard protective order (SPO). Under the current SPO, in-house counsel is not allowed to access materials designated “Confidential – For Attorneys’ Eyes Only (trade secret/ commercially sensitive)” unless an appropriate showing has been made and approved by the TTAB. We would like to know your thoughts about whether we should retain or modify the provision.
