We plan to change the effective date from December 21, 2019 to February 15, 2020.

After considering your recent feedback at the informational webinar, we plan to delay the effective date of mandatory electronic filing. This will give you more time to prepare and allow us to provide clear information that helps you get ready for the new requirements when this rule goes into effect.
