April 2 and 3 Virtual Instructor Led Training (vILT)

Sign up to attend the April 2 and 3 vILT entitled “Examining Computer-Implemented Functional Claim Limitations for Compliance with 35 U.S.C. § 112.” USPTO trainers will present the course based on material developed for patent examiners and other employees.

Attendance is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The USPTO is applying for one hour of CLE credit in Virginia for this course.
