Invention promotion service offered to be performed: Marketing Material, Marketing, Pitching idea to there network of companies to promote & obtain licensing deal or in store deal
Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: Paid company 25,000 to enter into a partnership w/company. after about a year I only recieved a draft of a sell sheet work up. Contact was always an issue & the original person I entered into partnership w/left company & I was not told. Was assigned new point person & after continuous complaints of lack of work all contact was done. No one responded for weeks until I recieved an email that the company was shutting down due to a hack. Tried reaching out to every contact to get my money back w/no response.
