Network Access Control (NAC)/ Identity Service Engine (ISE) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform NAC/ISE system maintenance beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, March 31 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 1 ET.

During and after the maintenance period, customers may be impacted if they try to log in.

If users experience problems logging in during or after the maintenance period, they should reboot their workstation.
