PTOFax Outage

The USPTO is currently experiencing technical difficulties with PTOFax  and fax systems are no longer receiving faxes.  At this time the PTOFax and UC teams are working with Verizon to resolve the issue but do not know when services will be fully restored.  Additional information will be posted as soon as it’s available. 

Please use the following for alternate submissions:

1. Patent Center.          

2. First-Class Mail with a certificate of mailing in accordance with 37 CFR 1.8

3. Priority Mail Express from the United States Postal Service (USPS) in accordance with 37 CFR 1.10.
