VPN Issues

USPTO users in Florida that use AT&T as their ISP (or other ISPs that rely upon AT&T) are experiencing difficulty connecting to VPN due to packet loss. Please contact your ISP to report the issue and seek support. USPTO is continuing to investigate but no issues on the USPTO side appear to be preventing users from connecting to VPN.
