Issue with Incoming and Outgoing Calls

The OCIO Service Desk is currently experiencing intermittent issues with incoming and outgoing calls. If unable to reach the Service Desk by calling, you may report issues with the S9000 form by typing S forward slash as the address or you may send an email to servicedesk@uspto.gov.

Patent End-to-End Document and Application Viewer (PE2E-DAV) Restoration

The PE2E-DAV read and retrieval service has been restored. Technical teams are working on restoring write functionality to DAV. There is not an estimated time when full functionality will be restored, but it will be as soon as possible.
