Enterprise Remote Access Issues

The USPTO is experiencing service degradation for Enterprise Remote Access (aka VPN, AnyConnect) Some users are having connectivity issues on the Alexandria Campus. The issue is being investigated (MI 41360 ERA-VPN) and appropriate technical teams are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
