HRConnect - Users Unable to Log-in Using Business Email
On Monday, December 12, some end-users/HR Professionals are not able to log into HRConnect using their business email.
The HRConnect team has identified the root cause and is working to resolve as quickly as possible.
HR Professionals/end users can log into the application using their HRConnect employee ID (Not PTO employee ID) successfully.
Employees that do not have access to their HRConnect employee ID, please reach out to HRConnect Support at HRConnect_Support@USPTO.GOV.
