AnyConnect VPN PIV Issue Resolved

Adobe Acrobat License Key

On Wednesday, November 30, 2022 the Adobe Acrobat License Key as it is implemented now will no longer work. Adobe will now be controlled through an Adobe User Sync Tool (AUST) that will allow Adobe Acrobat product activation using your ID of first.lastname@uspto.gov.

AnyConnect VPN PIV Issue Resolved

CIO Command Center sent out notification on 11/28/2022 at 1:14 pm that the AnyConnect VPN issue has been resolved. It was resolved by pushing a policy change to all USPTO workstations to disable ActivClient advanced logging.  Any users still experiencing issues connecting to AnyConnect VPN can disable ActivClient advanced logging as detailed in the previous System 411 update, connect using their RSA token, or contact the Service Desk for assistance.
