AnyConnect VPN Issue

Users that are experiencing an issue connecting to the VPN should first try their RSA Token and the “Alexandria + AD + RSA” profile in AnyConnect.  

Users that continue to have issues, or have not activated their RSA Soft Token, should contact the ServiceDesk for support.
