Employee Personal Page Issue

The employee personal page is currently experiencing issues with the Two Factor Authentication not receiving verification codes via text (SMS). The National Finance Center is aware of the issue and are working on it.

Users can try to click the sign in with email option to receive an authentication code. If that doesn't work they can contact NFC_PTO_Help@uspto.gov to get your two-factor reset or Customer Service Center at HumanResources_USPTO@uspto.gov for assistance printing documents.
