Current Status 

As of 1 p.m. ET today, more than 5,000 computers remain offline due to the faulty code (please see the updated graph below). We have added more technical support personnel. 

Please do not leave additional voice messages if you have already called and left a voicemail. 

For employees local to the Alexandria, VA area (within a 50-mile radius)  

Walk-In support available

If your duty station is within the 50-mile radius of Alexandria headquarters (Remote 50, routine, or situational telework programs, or a non-teleworker assigned to Alexandria) and you DO NOT have a confirmed appointment, you may be able to receive same day service today, Monday, July 22, up until 4:00pm ET. Walk-in support is on the 3rd Floor of the Jefferson Building. While we anticipate it could change quickly; as of this posting, there is no wait time. This is subject to change so if you arrive before 4 pm, we will be able to fix your machine today. Walk-in support will be on a first-come, first-served basis. 

We will publish our next update today at 6 p.m. ET or sooner if we have updates to share.
