A global issue is affecting multiple systems across the agency. Some of our users are reporting a blue “Recovery” screen on their workstation. DO NOT REBOOT. Restarting will not resolve the issue. Users that are able to logon to their workstations are requested to NOT REBOOT. Our Service desk is experiencing a high call volume, and you may experience a longer wait time.
