A global issue is affecting multiple systems across the agency. Some of our users are reporting a blue “Recovery” screen on their workstation. DO NOT REBOOT. Restarting will not resolve the issue. Our Service desk is experiencing a high call volume, and you may experience a longer wait time. Please check here and the Service Portal webpage for more information as the situation progresses.
