RESOLVED: Netskope Service Degradation 07/18/2024 10:53 a.m.

The Netskope issue has been resolved. Netskope is stable and operating as expected. We're confident Netskope is stable, but in an abundance of caution, we want to ensure you have continual connectivity. If you encounter connectivity issues, please use the provided workaround. If you have issues reaching certain sites, contact the Service Desk at 571-272-9000. In the meantime, we're taking a proactive approach to temporarily pause deployments. The agency will be notified once deployments resume.
