Netskope deployments are temporarily paused. If you have received a notification that Netskope was to be deployed to your workstation but have not received it, please continue to use Cisco AnyConnect VPN. If you have Netskope on your workstation and have any issues reaching your applications and resources, then please call the Service Desk at 571-272-9000 or toll free at 1-877-786-3721. If Netskope users have any issues this workaround may be used.

OCIO is making progress in resolving the ongoing issue affecting access to USPTO resources and applications through Netskope. Our teams are working diligently to find a resolution, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Those that are affected, please use the temporary solution until further notice.
