Netskope Service Degradation
Netskope users are reporting that they are unable to access all USPTO resources and applications except for Teams and Outlook. If you are a Netskope user and are having issues accessing a USPTO application, please follow the instructions in this workaround to disable Netskope and connect to the VPN using AnyConnect. Please note, this is a temporary workaround until issues with Netskope are resolved. If assistance is needed, contact the Service Desk, but be aware the Service Desk is currently experiencing high call volume so wait times will be longer than usual. Hourly updates regarding this issue will be posted on the IT Service Portal as well as the System 411.
