Single Sign On (SSO) Service Restored

The USPTO Single Sign On (SSO) has been restored. This affected many PTO applications. If you continue to have issues signing into any USPTO application, please contact the OCIO Service Desk at (571) 272-9000 or toll free at 1-877-786-3721. For non-urgent IT issues, please visit the IT Service Portal where you can submit IT Requests and report non-urgent IT issues with the online S9000 form. You may also email the OCIO Service Desk for non-urgent IT issues.
