Outlook and Teams issues

If you are experiencing an issue with your Outlook or Teams application connecting on your USPTO laptop, please ensure that your laptop is connected to Enterprise Remote Access – VPN or you are directly connected to the USPTO network on campus.  The security configuration requires that computers we connected to PTONet either by VPN or directly for Teams and Outlook to connect.  If assistance is needed, please contact the OCIO Service Desk at (571) 272-9000 or toll free at 1-877-786-3721.
