Outlook and Teams issues
If you are experiencing an issue with your Outlook or Teams application connecting on your USPTO laptop, please ensure that your laptop is connected to Enterprise Remote Access – VPN or you are directly connected to the USPTO network on campus. The security configuration requires that computers we connected to PTONet either by VPN or directly for Teams and Outlook to connect. Manassas PM2 (VPN) Firewall
Upgrade
The USPTO will perform an upgrade on the Manassas PM2 (VPN) beginning at 11:59 p.m. ET on
Thursday, May 30 and ending at 2 a.m. ET on Friday, May 31.
This upgrade will apply the
latest bug fixes and code updates to the firewall.
