Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and One Drive Access Issue on GFE Mobile Device
A new EOSS policy has caused GFE mobile devices to prompt users to create a PIN when accessing Outlook, Teams, and One Drive apps on their GFE mobile devices.
An updated policy update has been implemented to resolve this issue. The updated policy may take up to 24 hours to go into effect on the users GFE mobile devices. Users may need to reboot their GFE mobile devices.
