Service Desk Call Issue

UPDATE 9:30am: The OCIO Service Desk is currently experiencing audio issues where callers cannot hear our agents. While we work on fixing this, please use the forms on the IT Service Portal to report an incident or make a request, or email the Service Desk at servicedesk@uspto.gov. You may leave a voicemail and an agent will contact you once the issue is resolved.
