Voicemail Mailbox Quota Warning

You are receiving this email because your voice mailbox has exceeded the quota warning threshold specified by your administrator.

You will need to follow either Steps 1 or 2 of the Required User Actions listed below:

Required User Actions:

  1. Delete no longer needed voicemail messages or voicemail message emails.

Note: Voicemail messages can be deleted from your Outlook Inbox and Outlook Deleted Items folder, through CUCLync or CiscoPCA. It is recommended that you check your Outlook Deleted Items folder first since the server does not delete messages until they are also deleted from this folder.

  2. Move voicemail message from the Inbox folder to a .pst file.

Note: Moving the voicemail message email to an Outlook Inbox subfolder does not delete the message.

As a Reminder:

If your voicemail threshold is over the limit, it only has the potential impact for you to be unable to send and/or receive a voicemail to/from another internal USPTO phone number. You will not miss incoming voicemails from outside the organization, simply because you are over the threshold limit.
