Maintenance impacting Teleworkers using SOHO Routers
The OCIO will perform maintenance impacting Teleworkers using SOHO VPN Routers beginning at 11:45 p.m., Tuesday, February 26 and ending at 5 a.m., Wednesday, February 27 ET.
During the maintenance period, SOHO Teleworkers may experience brief and intermittent connectivity outages to PTONet, email, and the internet.
Please note: This work does NOT impact ANYCONNECT Teleworkers, NWP Satellite Office users, or TeamPortal.uspto.gov (contractor) users.
Teleworkers using SOHO routers should save work and logoff before the maintenance period begins Tuesday night. If SOHO Teleworker VPN access is unavailable, please wait until the end of the maintenance period and reboot your Remote UL. SOHO Teleworkers will need to reboot their workstation after the network maintenance period ends 5 a.m., Wednesday, February 27.
