Maintenance impacting PALM and PE2E-DAV
The OCIO will perform maintenance on multiple systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, June 2 and ending at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 2 ET.
Patent Examiners will not be able to successfully post Office Actions during the maintenance period.
The search systems Examiners Automated Search Tool (EAST) and Web-based Examiners Search Tool (WEST) will be functioning during the maintenance period.
All USPTO personnel should plan their work accordingly.
The OCIO does not expect extended outage beyond the maintenance period. However, if a service is not available to you during normal operating hours, then you should follow normal troubleshooting protocol, including contacting the Service Desk. A complete list of impacted systems is below.
