Current Status

The widespread issues that were experienced yesterday by the USPTO community have been resolved. If you experience any connectivity issues this morning, as a first step, please reboot your workstation prior to contacting the Service Desk

Please note the following:  If you left a voice mail for the Service Desk yesterday, due to the volume of voicemails received, the Service Desk will not individually respond to those messages.  If you need assistance with an IT issue, either a new issue or if you are experiencing an ongoing issue as a result of yesterday’s situation, please contact the Service Desk for support.
