Enterprise Remote Access VPN Issues (SOHO router users only)
Some USPTO SOHO router users are reporting issues connecting. The OCIO Service Desk has a workaround until this issue is completely resolved. If you are having this issue, please contact OCIO Service Desk at 571-272-9000 and they will guide you to implement the workaround. Please continue to check this page for system status updates.
