Update: 5:15 PM - OCIO has investigated and determined that there currently are no network impacts.
Some PTO users are reporting connectivity issues this afternoon whose ISP is COMCAST. Those impacted by this scenario will not be able to have their situation resolved by the OCIO Service Desk.
Employees experiencing connectivity issues should contact their supervisor. Updates will be provided as soon as more information is available.
