Network Connectivity Issues

CIO has indicated that some users are experiencing connectivity issues and is working to resolve the issue.  Users who are still unable to reconnect VPN, please follow steps below: 

  1. From the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobile Client, switch from Alexandria + PIV to UL + PIV and login with your credentials
  2. Once you are connected, disconnect and switch back to Alexandria + PIV and login with your credentials.
  3. Alternatively, if users do not have a UL + PIV profile and continue to have issues connecting, enter the following into the Connect field within the Cisco AnyConnect VPN:

HRConnect Error

HRConnect users are now able to save their Personnel Actions Transactions in the system. The Department of Treasury has resolved the earlier issue.
