Network Connectivity Issues

CIO has indicated that some users are experiencing connectivity issues and is working to resolve the issue.

Users who are still unable to reconnect VPN, please follow the steps below:

1. From the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobile Client, switch from Alexandria + PIV to UL + PIV and login with your credentials

2. Once you are connected, disconnect and switch back to Alexandria + PIV and login with your credentials
