Network Connectivity Issues
CIO has indicated that some users are experiencing connectivity issues and is working to resolve the issue. Users are encouraged to completely power down their UL, wait a couple of minutes, and then attempt to reconnect. While many users are able to reconnect, some are still experiencing issues. This issue has also impacted the OCIO Service Desk’s ability to take calls, and users are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times. Updates will be provided as soon as more information is available.
