Delays at all USPTO Contact Centers with call wait times

The phone lines utilized across the agency Contact Centers are experiencing some delays. Calls are being received properly; callers are just waiting longer to speak to an agent. Please be aware of this when calling any of the agency contact centers (including the OCIO Service Desk) and it is recommended not to hang up and call back, but to wait on the line when possible. Support teams are investigating this situation. Updates will be provided as soon as more information is available.
