Accessing External WebEx (uspto.webex.com) 11:50 a.m., February 11

Users may experience an issue using the WebEx Call Back feature.  After pressing “1” the return audio call is not initiated and  the “Welcome to WebEx  Press 1 to be connected to your Meeting” message is replayed. 

You have two options, either continue to press “1” until the audio callback is successfully connected, or dial into the meeting directly using your phone.

The support team is troubleshooting the issue. Please continue to check this page for system status updates.


Resolved – Accessing SharePoint sites via Edge– 7:00 a.m., February 11

OCIO reports the issues related to accessing SharePoint sites using the Edge browser have been resolved. If you are currently experiencing any issues accessing SharePoint sites with the Edge browser, please reboot your workstation. If the issue persists, please contact the OCIO Service Desk at 571-272-9000.
