Connectivity Issues Update – 9:00 am, Feb 8th

Some users may  continue to experience intermittent connectivity related issues to the USPTO network.  These impacts are more widely being experienced by SOHO connected users due to phone resetting that occurs during a minor disruption to the connection.  OCIO support teams continue to troubleshoot this along with vendor support to identify a root cause.  If you are currently experiencing any issues connecting to the network, please contact the OCIO Service Desk at 571-272-9000.
