Some Users have continued to experience intermittent connectivity related issues to the USPTO network. These impacts are more widely being experienced by SOHO connected users due to phone resetting that occurs during a minor disruption. OCIO support teams continue to troubleshoot this along with vendor support to identify a root cause.
