System 411

Current Status

Some PTO users are reporting connectivity issues this morning.

Those impacted by this scenario will not be able to have their situation resolved by the OCIO Service Desk. More information will be provided via AtHoc notifications as well as being updated to this page.

Note that some may not be able to access system 411 due to this situation and the AtHoc messaging option will continue to be used as well for this situation.

Please note that COMCAST ISP is continuing to experience service issues as well.
