Users Unable to Connect to the Softphone i.e. Cisco UC Integration for Microsoft Lync (CUCILync)

If you're unable to successfully connect to CUCILync, click this link for steps you can take to try and resolve the issue. As an additional step to help prevent CUCILync login related issues, users should sign out of CUCILync at the end of each work day if teleworking (optional for SOHO users). Sign-out steps are included in the guide from the link above.

Note: Users can still remain connected to the VPN for patching overnight but should also sign out of CUCILync prior to disconnecting from the VPN (also noted in the guide).
