The USPTO systems listed below are currently unavailable. The USPTO is working diligently to resolve the issue.

  • Adjudicated Case Accessing System (ACTS)
  • Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
  • Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI)
  • Patent Review Processing System (PRPS)
  • Examiner's Automated Search Tool and the Web-Based Examiner's Automated Search Tool (PubEAST and PubWEST)
  • Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application Submission (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application Submission International (TEASi)
  • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
  • Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG)
  • Trademark ID Manual (TIDM) Next Generation (NG)

USPTO Financial Profile Service Interruption

The USPTO Financial Profile application and Office of Finance shopping site are still unavailable. As a result, USPTO is currently experiencing service interruptions to several systems. The USPTO is working diligently to resolve the issue.

Users of the systems listed below are unable to submit payments, including Deposit Accounts, credit/debit card, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):

  • Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
  • Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
  • Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application Submission (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application Submission International (TEASi)

Public and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) users are unable to look-up maintenance fees due and are unable to submit payments.

Electronic Filing System Web (EFSWeb), Patent and Trademark Assignment System (PTAS) and Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) are still able to accept payments.
