TSDR, Fee Processing, Public and Private PAIR, and ESTTA Maintenances
TSDR Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, January 23 and ending at 4 a.m., Saturday, January 24 EST.
TSDR will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
The following systems will remain available during the TSDR maintenance, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
Fee Processing Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 1 a.m., Saturday, January 24 EST.
USPTO will be unable to collect payments through the following systems and all payment processing will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System international (TEASi)
For Trademark Customers
If your deadline is today and the document requiring a fee payment cannot be filed electronically, you must use an alternative method of filing. Please visit the TEAS Outage page for information concerning Trademark alternative filing methods.

Public and Private PAIR Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public and Private PAIR) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, January 24 EST.
Public and Private PAIR will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
ESTTA Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic System for Trademarks Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, January 24.
ESTTA will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
