TMOG,TSDR, and TIDM Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation Official Gazette (TMNG OG), Trademark System Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR), and Trademark Identification Manual for Acceptable Goods and Services (TIDM) beginning at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, November 2 ET and ending by 6 a.m., Wednesday, November 2 ET
The TMOG, TSDR, and TIDM will be unavailable during the maintenance period. However, the PDF version of the gazette will be available during the maintenance period as well as the legacy version of the ID Manual. The maintenance will also prevent use of the TEAS initial application forms.
The following systems will remain available during the TSDR maintenance, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) except for initial application forms
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
- Trademark Data Entry and Update System (TRADEUPS)
