Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the following systems beginning at 2 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, May 16 ET.
The systems listed below will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Assignments on the Web - Patents (AOTW-P)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Electronic Patent Assignment System (ePAS)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (eTAS)
- Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR)
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
AOTW access through Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE) will also be unavailable during the maintenance period.
TSDR and TTABVUE themselves are expected to remain available.
Applications Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several applications beginning at 10:01 p.m., Saturday, May 16 and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, May 17 ET.
The applications listed below will experience a brief service interruption during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web)
- Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR)
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
RAM Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Revenue Accounting and Management beginning at 6 a.m. and ending at 10 a.m., Sunday, May 17 ET.
Users may experience brief, intermittent service interruptions affecting all forms of payment during the maintenance period. Applicants will need to attempt their payment again after the maintenance period is complete, if they encounter an issue.
The following USPTO systems will be impacted during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web) and EFS-Web Contingency
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Office of Finance On-Line Shopping Site
- Revenue Accounting and Management (RAM)
- Patent Review Processing System (PRPS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System international (TEASi)
