Systems and Digital Certificate Management Website Maintenance

Systems Maintenance

USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, November 8 and ending at 5 a.m., Sunday, November 9 EST.

No outages are expected and applications will continue running as usual. However, in the event of hardware problems, the applications listed below may experience intermittent outages during the maintenance period:

  • Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web)
  • Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR)
  • Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
  • Patent Full-Text (PatFT) on the Web
  • Patents Images on the Web (PIW)
  • Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application Submission (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application Submission International (TEASi)
  • Trademark Status Document Retrieval (TSDR)
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE)
  • USPTO Corporate Web Site (USPTO Public Website)

Digital Certificate Management Website Maintenance

OCIO will perform maintenance on the Digital Certificate Management website beginning at 5 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m., Monday, November 10.

The Digital Certificate Management website (https://dcm.uspto.gov/UserRegistration) will be unable to perform the functions listed below during the maintenance period.

  • Activate a user's first time, new user, certificate/epf file
  • Recovery actions on existing, issued certificates/epf files
