PTAB API Update
The USPTO will perform an update on the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Application Program Interface (PTAB API) beginning at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 21 and ending at 4 p.m., Wednesday, June 21 ET.
During the update period, PTAB API will remain available. The update will address the following:
- Derivation cases will now be available via the PTAB API
- Fix the issue with incorrect paper numbers for specific documents
