TIDM, TTABVUE, and Applications Maintenances

TIDM Maintenance

USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademarks Identification Manual of Acceptible Goods and Services (TIDM) beginning at midnight and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, November 20 EST.

Users will need to clear their internet browse's cache, or reboot their workstation, before attempting to use TIDM after 5:30 a.m., Thursday, November 20 EST.

TTABVUE Maintenance

USPTO will perform maintenance on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 6 a.m., Saturday, November 22 EST.

TTABVUE will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Applications Maintenance

USPTO will perform applications maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 8 a.m., Sunday, November 23 EST. The applications listed below will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

  • Adjudicated Case Tracking System (ACTS)
  • Electronic Freedom of Information Act (E-FOIA)
  • Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency)
