Intermittent TSDR Problems
The Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system is currently experiencing intermittent technical difficulties and users may be unable to access the database. The problem is being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

TMOG Browser Issue
Due to temporary technical difficulties, you will need to use a web browser other than Internet Explorer, such as Chrome or Firefox, to access the TMOG. The USPTO is working to fix the issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.
